Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
• Experience with graph database concepts and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system interactions.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques in distributed and multi-component environments.
• Ability to work with monitoring tools and interpret system logs to identify issues.
