Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), PySpark, API Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and identify root causes.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-component software systems.
• Familiarity with software lifecycle and incident management processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Python (Programming Language), PySpark, API Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
