You will join our global Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, which is part of the Identity and Cyber Security group within the Technology division. This group prepares for, protects against, and responds to Cyber Security events. We provide and maintain centralised PAM solutions and tools to manage privileged access to Macquarie systems and applications.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will partner closely with teams across COG Technology to advise, deliver, and guide the adoption of PAM capabilities. You will work to decrease toil through automation, uplift cybersecurity maturity, and drive PAM compliance and control monitoring activities. Additionally, you will support increment planning by contributing to user stories and feature releases, engaging users through showcases and workshops. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining end-user documentation and providing L1 support.
