How will you make an impact?

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer At Quantium, Youll

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using cutting-edge technologies
• Architect and design robust, scalable solutions that power Quantiums data science and AI capabilities
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including CI/CD and agile methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions

• In your first 3 months: Gain deep understanding of Quantiums technology stack and take ownership of the teams codebase and engineering practices
• By 6 months: Become the go-to expert for your area of expertise, both within your team and across the organization
• Ongoing: Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that drive Quantiums technological advancement
• Long-term: Shape the technical direction of Quantiums products and mentor the next generation of engineering talent
  
  

Desired Skills

• 7-10 years of industry experience with a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Expert in Microsoft Technology stack (ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, C#) and frontend technologies (Angular, React JS, JavaScript)
• Proficient in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience leading small engineering teams (3-5 members) and excellent communication skills
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
