• Develop world’s best CRM applications.

• You are a skilled Application Software engineer, who can explore best practices, patterns, understand requirements and write high quality code quickly.
• You enjoy troubleshooting problems and working with uncertainties.
• Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP
• You enjoy exploring the latest developments and best practices in Application Software industry and applying them at work.
• You take constructive feedback with open mind and work to continuously improve yourself.
• You are a self-starter, highly motivated, innovative, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, and deliver against tight deadlines.

• 2-4 years of software development experience, working experience on Java.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design, passionate about learning new technologies
• Experience using the following: Core Java, J2EE, Web application/ full stack developer
• Strong knowledge of Core Java fundamentals like Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling, Generics, etc.
• Good Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL experience.
• Exposure to HTML,XML, CSS and JavaScript. Other UI technologies/frameworks like ReactJS, Angular would be an added advantage.
• Exposure to REST services: both producing and consuming.
• Willingness to work on Pega Platform (CSA/CSSA certification would be an added advantage).
• Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and constant desire for innovation.
• Should be able to take ownership of the deliverables assigned and would be able to deliver with no or minimal guidance.
• Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to deliver World-class software
