KX Documents Publishing, Content Services – Analyst (Multilingual)
Work you will do :
Role requires proficiency in English and [French/Japanese]. The ideal candidate must be able to review and manage documents in [French/Japanese] to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing by publishing summaries of firm projects to the global knowledge management portal. These summaries detail the work done for clients, including deliverables, methodologies, and the impact on the clients business.
- Support targeted content acquisition efforts by summarizing project details from proposal documents and engaging with Deloitte practitioners globally across various levels.
- Publish high-quality project write-ups and targeted content, including thought leadership and client engagement materials, to the global knowledge management portal in accordance with publishing guidelines.
- Organize and tag content to facilitate effective search and retrieval within the knowledge management portal.
- Cleanse and sanitize content based on client confidentiality agreements and intellectual property restrictions before publishing to the global knowledge management portal.
- Search the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal.
- Meet processing and quality benchmarks, along with expected turnaround times.
- Provide team leadership with reports on quality data to enhance efficiency.

About the team: Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.
Deloitte’s Knowledge Management/Knowledge Services team is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact across various levels to support project delivery for Deloitte member firms globally.
Qualifications and essential skills:
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in English, Economics, Literature, or Library Sciences with 0–2 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French/Japanese (NT2).
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong comprehension skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and multitask on work assignments.
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines.
