Peloton is looking to expand our Close and Consolidation capabilities. We are looking for candidates, across all levels that are interested in the opportunity to play a role in the growth and development of Peloton’s Financial Reporting & Consolidations Practice. We are specifically looking for team members with demonstrated experience with Oracle | Hyperion Financial Management, Cloud Solutions, and supporting technologies. Our consultants will be responsible for delivering implementations of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS) for Peloton clients. As a team member on your projects, you will be gathering requirements from client team members, including C-level executives, and delivering solutions.

This role requires working IST hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) and a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience. Candidates based in Hyderabad or Bangalore are preferred, as these are our primary hiring locations.

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Manager to lead Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) support operations for global clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong Oracle SCM functional expertise, leadership capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and hands-on experience in managing support delivery in a global onsite/offshore model.

This role requires close collaboration with clients, internal functional and technical teams, and Oracle Support to ensure high-quality service delivery, SLA adherence, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. The candidate is expected to work both as a manager and an individual contributor by actively supporting critical SCM tickets while guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

• 14+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM modules.
• Lead and manage Oracle SCM support operations, ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA timelines.
• Closely work with SCM consultants and provide guidance on troubleshooting, setups, issue resolution, and client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for SCM support delivery and client communications.
• Proactively manage SCM-related escalations and drive issues to closure.
• Participate in client calls to understand requirements and resolve complex production issues.
• Work hands-on on support tickets in addition to managing the SCM support team.
• Collaborate with technical teams and Oracle Support to resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Oversee Quarterly Oracle release testing, regression testing, and deployment readiness activities.
• Conduct internal knowledge-sharing and training sessions for the SCM team.
• Support process improvements, documentation, and operational governance activities.
• Work primarily in EST business hours and remain flexible to support CST/PST time zones and weekend activities as needed.
  
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud (Fusion) implementation or support engagements.
• Strong functional expertise in at least three of the following modules:
• Costing
• Manufacturing
• Planning
• Order Management
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes and Oracle SCM functional flows.
• Experience in Oracle SCM production support and/or end-to-end implementations.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage and resolve complex functional issues.
• Experience working in global onsite/offshore support models.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

• Experience with additional Oracle SCM modules.
• Oracle SCM Cloud certifications.
