AI Engineer (5-8+ Years Experience)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in GenAI, ML systems, and agentic AI solutions to design, build, and operate scalable, production‑grade AI solutions for complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure GenAI and Agentic AI using structured and unstructured data.
• Analyze large datasets in Snowflake and build features for ML pipelines.
• Apply ML, deep learning, NLP, time‑series, and statistical techniques to real‑world use cases.
• Own end‑to‑end ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, training, tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain agentic AI systems using LLMs to automate complex workflows.
• Implement MLOps, AI observability, and monitoring for model performance, drift, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into workflows.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and stakeholder support throughout project delivery.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.
• Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and GenAI/LLMs.
• Hands‑on experience with production ML systems and MLOps.
• Experience working with Snowflake and cloud data platforms will be plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
