Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Advanced Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying ML models into production environments.
- Proven experience handling large-scale enterprise datasets.
- Experience delivering business outcomes through predictive analytics and AI solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Python
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Scikit-Learn
- XGBoost
- RandomForest
- LightGBM
- PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- SQL
- Time-series forecasting techniques
- Statistical modelling
- Feature engineering
- Model evaluation frameworks
- MLOps practices
Hands-on experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RAG architectures
- Prompt engineering
- Vector search
- Embedding models
- Agentic AI workflows
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LangSmith
- AutoGen or equivalent frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building forecasting models in financial, operational, planning, supply chain, treasury, payments, banking, or risk domains.
- Experience developing decision intelligence or optimization platforms.
- Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation, scenario analysis, and probabilistic forecasting.
- Experience with Power BI and executive analytics.
- Experience working within regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
