As an Agility Senior Associate in Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platforms teams, you will play a pivotal role in championing both the adoption of Agile practices and the ongoing pursuit of performance excellence within our teams. Leveraging your expertise in product development and Agile principles, you will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to drive measurable improvements in productivity and operational outcomes. As a recognized subject matter expert, you will tackle complex challenges, exercise sound judgment, and make impactful decisions that shape the direction of your sub-function.

Your leadership, communication, and coaching skills will empower teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently, adapt to evolving priorities, and continuously improve both ways of working and business results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, and promote open communication and engagement among team members ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
  • Uses advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadership
  • Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Coaches and guides teams on outcome-based planning and prioritization with frequent delivery to improve the objectives
  • Serves as a partner, facilitator, and trainer on operational excellence and demonstrate how they are utilized to improve outcomes
  • Utilizes the metrics effectively to develop and communicate product strengths and areas of improvement
  • Collaborates with the Agility Leads and Product Portfolio Operations to drive change and consistency across the portfolio and beyond

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management
  • Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams
  • Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
  • Ability to coach, mentor and influence people at various levels
  • Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
  • Possess technical and business acumen to work effectively within a cross-functional Agile team. Business and/or Technology leadership and practical delivery experience required
  • Clear understanding of the value of the 12 Agile principles and being able to influence the product organization and teams to align to those principles
  • Jira experience required
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, experimentation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications
  • Product Owner Certification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM or PSPO or verifiable equivalent experience. Experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User stories, Acceptance Criteria, Automated testing, value stream mapping etc.
  • Technical knowledge of preferred programming practices (BDD, TDD, ATDD, CI/CD, automation, etc.) in order to lead the team towards the right modern Agility solutions and improvements
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
