Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner for our Augmented Intelligence Engine Engineering team.  This role will function as the team level Product Owner for a complex Data Product with several downstream consumers.

You will be working on several of the largest Technology initiatives for Evernorth℠, targeted at revolutionizing Health Services and Healthcare Delivery system in the United States. The focus of the work is to continue to enhance our Augmented Intelligence, to drive better decision modeling for our clients.

As a Technical Product Owner, you will help define and communicate a clear product vision for the AIE Data Product, maintaining alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to enhance product governance, and process, lead Product hardening, and deliver incremental product improvements.

If you are an experienced technical product owner with background in AI/ML or Data Engineering, or an engineer who understands developer pain points and wants to transition into Product Management, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare solutions aligned with business objectives and member outcomes.
• Prioritize product investments based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, risk, and ROI.
• Own, maintain, and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivery goals.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Scrum Masters, Architects, Data Scientists, and delivery teams to maximize execution efficiency, quality, and predictability.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while promoting Agile best practices and product excellence.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven healthcare products, from ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization.
• Drive innovation across Clinical, Care Management, Population Health, Member Engagement, and Provider Solutions through AI and Intelligent Automation.
• Make data-driven prioritization decisions across features, technical debt, platform enhancements, AI model improvements, and production support needs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product adoption, AI model performance, business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer value.      
• Utilize analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvement and roadmap evolution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, healthcare, and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, risks, and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Platform products.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• good to have Healthcare domain experience in Care Management, Population Health, Clinical Programs, Provider Solutions, or Health Plan Operations preferred.

Required Experience & Education: 

• 5- 8 Years of Experience
• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

Work Hours:

• Full-time position, extended/ Split shift (11.30 AM – 8.30 PM IST) working 45 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
