Product Strategy & Vision

  • Collaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to understand the product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals.
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed technical requirements and epics.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural principles.

Backlog Ownership

  • Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog ensuring clarity and readiness for development.
  • Write high‑quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Balance functional features with technical needs such as refactoring, upgrades, and technical debt reduction.

Technical Leadership

  • Partner with Engineering Leads, Architects, and DevOps to design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
  • Evaluate technical approaches and make informed decisions that balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and engineering best practices.

Delivery Management

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Work with the scrum team to clarify requirements, unblock dependencies, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Track delivery progress, manage scope, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical details into business‑friendly language.
  • Provide clear and timely communication on product status, risks, and trade-offs.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Decision‑making ability balancing business value, risk, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership presence in Agile teams
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Cloud or technical certifications are an added advantage.
