The Finance team at Benefit Street Partners supports fund operations across a growing, global credit platform. The team partners closely with investment, operations, and corporate accounting colleagues to ensure accurate, timely financial processing. You will work in a professional, collaborative environment that values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Joining the team offers exposure to a complex asset management operation and opportunities to grow with a scaling organization

Core Responsibilities

• You will review invoices for policy compliance and accurate processing.
• You will submit invoices promptly and follow defined procedures.
• You will resolve invoice questions from internal stakeholders.
• You will track open items and support error resolution.
  
  

Expense & Close Activities

• You will monitor travel and entertainment expenses against company policy.
• You will maintain complete and auditable expense documentation.
• You will support monthly and annual close activities, including accruals.
  
  

Process & Collaboration

• You will partner with vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• You will recommend improvements to accounts payable processes.
• You will support ad hoc finance projects as business needs evolve.
  
  

Experience

• 2–3 years of accounts payable and expense management experience.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
  
  

Education & Certifications

• Commerce degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, including Coupa or Workday.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a service-focused environment.
  
  

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
