Were looking for an entrepreneurial leader to establish and aggressively scale our Supply Chain Practice, defining our market presence and delivery excellence from the ground up.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role that combines strategic sales with practice leadership and talent development. You wont just manage accounts; youll build the entire supply chain delivery capability within Algoleap. You will be accountable for the practices revenue, growth, talent, and successful project delivery.
Identify, qualify, and close complex supply chain transformation engagements (e.g., S&OP/IBP, network optimization, logistics modernization) within key client accounts.
Establish yourself and Algoleap as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior operational leaders, driving recurring revenue through strategic relationship-building.
Develop comprehensive account plans that align Algoleaps services with client strategic objectives.
Practice Growth & Strategic Hiring. Focus on staff augmentation services
Collaborate with executive leadership to define the service offerings, target clients, and go-to-market strategy for the Supply Chain Practice.
Lead the aggressive hiring and talent acquisition of high-caliber Supply Chain consultants (from Analysts to Principal level) to meet projected client demand.
Mentor, manage, and develop practice members, fostering a culture of excellence and high utilization.
Field Marketing & Thought Leadership
Serve as the external face of the Supply Chain Practice, representing Algoleap at industry events and conferences.
Develop compelling thought leadership (white papers, webinars, case studies) that showcases our expertise in modern supply chain technologies (AI/ML, Digital Twins, SaaS).
Fulfillment & Project Utilization Management
Own the full project lifecycle, from detailed scoping and proposal development to successful, profitable delivery.
Manage the Practice P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin optimization, and ensuring high consultant utilization rates across all projects.
