Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one academic counseling sessions to assess student goals, academic profiles, and career aspirations.
• Guide students through university shortlisting, course selection, and application timelines tailored to their academic background and budget.
• Prepare and review application documents—including SOPs, recommendation letters, and resumes—in alignment with international university standards.
• Advise on standardized tests (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT), visa processes, financial documentation, and scholarship opportunities.
• Maintain and update a database of global universities, course offerings, admission criteria, and deadlines for accurate student guidance.
• Represent the organization at education fairs, school visits, and virtual webinars to drive student engagement and brand visibility.
  
  

• Must-Have
• Proven experience in academic counseling or student advising within an education consultancy or international admissions context.
• Strong working knowledge of global education systems—particularly USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE.
• Deep understanding of university admission processes, SOP writing, and visa documentation for international students.
• Proficiency in CRM tools or student management software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) to track student journeys.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases, meet deadlines, and work effectively in team-based environments.
• Preferred
• Experience with education technology platforms or digital counseling tools.
• Background in career counseling or psychometric assessment for student guidance.
• Familiarity with scholarship databases and financial aid processes for international students.
