Responsibilities
Lead parallel programs and initiatives with minimal guidance
Run program governance: status reporting, risk and dependency tracking, escalations
Plan and track delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence
Coordinate across engineering, QE, and business stakeholders
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and resolve conflicts
Must-have
Hands-on TPM or Scrum Master experience (not just QE or project delivery)
Strong Agile/Scrum depth
Proven multitasking across priorities and stakeholders
Ownership and leadership maturity
Currently or recently working
