What Youll Do

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor Full Stack and integration engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for full stack development and systems integration.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, Agile methodologies, and SRE principles.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards while adopting emerging technologies.
  
  

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot).
• Leverage AI development tools (Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, Claude) to improve engineering productivity.
• Architect and implement APIs and microservices for internal and external system integrations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Drive cloud-native development and CI/CD practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  
  

• Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate integration needs into technical solutions.
• Prioritize work for incremental delivery and proactively manage risks and blockers.
• Track KPIs, team metrics, and drive continuous operational improvements.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  
  

• Full stack development and systems integration expertise.
• Low-latency, high-throughput system design.
• REST, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Workato.
• Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React.
• Microservices and containerization.
• Jenkins/Cloud Bees, GitLab, Apigee, Istio, Kubernetes, Rancher.
• Strong knowledge of source control and secure application/container practices.
  
  

• Lead and shape high-impact engineering teams.
• Work with modern full stack, cloud, and AI tools.
• Drive scalable solutions and cutting-edge integrations across industries.
