We dont need someone to pick up Jira cards and call it a day. We need engineers who get uncomfortable when they dont understand the why behind what theyre building.

Youll own features — not just write them. Youll ask hard questions, make architectural calls, ship to production, and watch real users interact with what you built. Then youll make it better.

What youll own

• Full product lifecycle — from the first design conversation to post-launch optimization
• Frontend experiences that dont embarrass anyone, backend systems that dont break under pressure
• APIs, integrations, databases, caching — the full stack, not just your comfortable corner of it
• Performance, scalability, and system reliability as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts
• Your own growth — we dont hand-hold, but we do invest in people who push themselves

What you need to bring

Non-negotiables:

• React.js on the frontend, Node.js + Express on the backend — youve shipped with both
• Solid grip on MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL — you know when to use what
• REST APIs, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum — table stakes, not bonus points
• Redis or NoSQL exposure — at least enough to know why it exists
• Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to own a problem end-to-end

Good to have:

• Cloud experience — AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices — youve at least broken something in them
• CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Automated testing — because shipping fast without breaking things is the actual skill
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) — not just aware of them, you actively use them to write, review, and debug code faster
• Exposure to agentic AI tools and workflows — youve experimented with or built on top of LLM agents, tool-calling pipelines, or frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar

Compensation

5 LPA – 10 LPA fixed CTC depending on experience and current trajectory, plus performance-linked bonus tied to delivery and team outcomes. Bootstrapped, profitable company — we pay for outcomes, not titles.
