You’ll work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, deployments, and product workflows while collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams.

This is not a maintenance-heavy role.

This is a build-and-scale role.

What You’ll Be Working On

Product Engineering

Build and ship real-world applications used by businesses and users globally. You’ll contribute across the entire product lifecycle — from feature planning and architecture discussions to development, deployment, and optimization.

Frontend + Backend Development

Create responsive frontend experiences using modern frameworks while building scalable backend systems, APIs, integrations, and services that power production-grade applications.

Scalable Systems

Work on performance optimization, scalability improvements, database design, caching strategies, and engineering workflows that support high-growth products.

Modern Engineering Practices

Collaborate using Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerized environments, and AI-assisted development tools.

Ownership & Execution

You’ll take ownership of features instead of isolated tasks — understanding the business requirement, building the solution, shipping it, and improving it continuously.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of full-stack development fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with React.js
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and Express.js
• Good understanding of MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Basic exposure to Redis or other NoSQL systems
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Understanding of automated testing practices
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
• Experience working in startup or product-based environments

Compensation

5 LPA – 10 LPA fixed CTC depending on experience and current trajectory, plus performance-linked bonus tied to delivery and team outcomes. Bootstrapped, profitable company — we pay for outcomes, not titles.
