Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description :-

• Overall 6+ Years of Experience in Quality Engineering is must have.
• Experience: 3+ years in automation testing with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Frameworks: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress/Playwright frameworks.
• API Automation: Proficient in API automation using JavaScript/TypeScript (Axios, Jest, etc.).
• CI/CD: Deep understanding of the CI/CD process, ability to create and customize pipelines.
• Testing Practices:
• - Familiarity with component/unit testing and experience in collecting code coverage using SonarQube
• - Experience with test automation reporting tools and frameworks to provide clear insights into test results
• - Ability to analyze requirements and specifications, and translate them into effective test scenarios
• - Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)
• - Proficient in designing and implementing effective testing strategies
• Manual Testing: candidate should be ready to do 30% of manual testing.
• Postman: Working experience with Postman (imports, collections, variables, environments).
• Database Skills: Ability to work with databases, with knowledge of SQL.
• Communication Skills: Decent English language skills and strong soft skills. Given the distributed nature of the team across multiple locations and time zones, effective communication is crucial.
• Client Interaction: Experience working directly with the client and within the client’s team.
  
  

Nice to have requirements to the candidate

• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn a new domain area, work with fragmented knowledge, ask insightful questions, and report findings and ideas.
• Web Technologies: Deep understanding of web technologies and tools for web testing automation.
• AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with key AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EMR) would be highly beneficial.
