Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java & Python Developer with a strong background in backend development, microservices, and scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead architecture discussions, mentor teams, and deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of backend systems using Java and Python.
• Architect scalable microservices and RESTful API based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product.
• Review code, maintain quality standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
• Drive CI/CD and automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and execute root-cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions.
  
  

• 8+ years of strong development experience in Core Java, OOP, Multithreading, Collections.
• Hands-on experience with Python for backend or automation projects.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot / Django / Flask frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of Microservices architecture and API integration.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience using Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
