Key Responsibilities

Good Understanding of Engineering Drawing, GD&T & Stack-up Analysis

• In-depth working knowledge of Aero/Gas turbine engine system, assembly, sub-assembly & parts
• Knowledge of Assembly & Dis-assembly of Aero Engine parts
• Experience on design reviews, Repair design assessment & Repair substantiation
• Knowledge of Mechanical Calculations like Stress/ Kt, Fatigue, Fracture Mechanics, Creep, Overspeed, Buckling & Bolted joints
• Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques and also their application during component repair.
• Knowledge of various types of repairs which can be applied to components
• In-depth knowledge of various failure/ deterioration mechanisms leading to component/ system failures
