What Youll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of security platforms, including EDR, DLP, CASB, and Email Security.
• Implement, test, and refine security policies to balance protection, usability, and business requirements.
• Assist with platform integrations across endpoint, cloud, identity, and logging systems.
• Troubleshoot platform issues related to agent health, policy enforcement, data flows, and telemetry quality.
• Contribute to automation and tooling that simplifies platform management and reduces manual effort.
• Document platform behavior, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on platform improvements, migrations, and vendor evaluations.
• Provide platform-level support during incidents, investigations, and audits as needed.
  
  

• Strong Python scripting experience for automation and platform management.
• Hands-on experience with EDR, DLP, CASB, and Email Security platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud security, logging/monitoring systems, and identity management.
• Understanding of incident response, threat detection, and security operations.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
