Role Overview
The Lead of Public Relations will lead and safeguard the external reputation of Dr. Reddy’s across India and global markets. This role requires navigating a complex environment spanning generics, branded markets, biosimilars, and innovation—where regulatory scrutiny, patient impact, and public trust intersect.
You will be the central authority for media engagement, crisis response, and narrative building—ensuring the company communicates with clarity, credibility, and speed across all external stakeholders.
A critical part of this role is owning real-time response to journalists, managing high-stakes issues, and orchestrating global PR alignment across markets during both crises and major business moments such as product launches and regulatory milestones.
