About the role:

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients — a leading global e-commerce and technology company — for a Customer Service Associate. In this role you’ll be the first point of human contact for customers, helping them with queries about online shopping, identity verification, account security, and order support, and playing a key role in delivering a customer-obsessed support experience. No prior customer service experience is required. You’ll receive full training and a complete equipment package when you join.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to customer requests across phone, chat, and email.

• Navigate multiple tools and systems to research and resolve issues in real time.

• Support customers with identity verification and account security concerns.

• Identify and help prevent potential fraud or security issues that may affect the customer experience.

• Solve problems thoughtfully and independently, without relying on scripts.

• Troubleshoot account and shopping issues and deliver an exceptional support experience.

What you’ll need:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfort using computers and navigating multiple systems at once.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts across Monday to Sunday, including late-night and overnight shifts (and early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime shifts as required).

• Reliability and punctuality for the full duration of scheduled shifts.

• Legal authorisation to work in India and meeting the minimum legal working age of 18.

Shift information:

This is an on-site role. Shifts rotate and primarily fall during late-night and overnight hours, with early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime shifts as required. A night-shift premium is paid for qualifying shifts.
