We are seeking a detail-oriented Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing internal building-level and organization communications. The ideal candidate brings exceptional writing ability, a sharp editorial eye, familiarity with AI-powered writing and productivity tools, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy in every deliverable.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread a wide range of communications materials
Review all outgoing communications for grammatical accuracy, consistency, tone, and brand alignment before distribution
Maintain and enforce brand voice, style guides, and editorial standards across all communication channels
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and ensure messaging is consistent and error-free
Ensure timely delivery of communications with zero tolerance for factual or typographical errors
Monitor and track communications metrics, compiling detailed reports with precise data analysis
Proofread and fact-check materials produced by other team members prior to final approval
Identify and correct inconsistencies, ambiguities, or inaccuracies in communications before they reach their intended audience
Required Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to produce polished, error-free content
Native or near-native English proficiency with superior command of grammar, syntax, punctuation, and style guidelines
Proven track record of meticulous attention to detail — able to catch errors others miss
Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS)
Experience using AI-powered writing and productivity tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, AI-based grammar/editing tools) to enhance communication workflows
