Business Systems Integration Specialist

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience on middleware, and data integration or system integration.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing and integrating solutions using middleware applications, such as Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Sterling Integrator, or similar applications that allow the business to automate and scale processes, such as OTC, PTP and RMA.
• Experience onboarding trading partners, such as customers, vendors (ie. 3PL, CM’s, EDI VAN) and other third-party business applications.
• Coding experience with Python, Apps Script/JavaScript or other programming/scripting languages.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Googles online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Googles partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Help to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.  
  
• Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience. 
  
• Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance. 
  
• Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance. 
  
• Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders as needed.
