Job Summary

The Associate Product Manager will assist with the research, design and development of product solutions to support the needs of TriNet clients, work site employees, and colleagues. In this role, you will assist on a key initiative on the product roadmap. You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing requirements, conducting market research, and working closely with other Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure goals are met.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accurately document user needs.
  • Conduct market research and generate basic product requirements, features, and product improvements
  • Support features from conception to launch, working with our design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver improvements to our product.
  • Ensure consistent quality results leveraging data analytics, research, product reviews, user feedback and product testing across all end user features
  • Continuously groom and prioritize the product backlog with clearly articulated benefits, while keeping orderly and handling ongoing feature and bug requests.
  • Ensure clear and concise documentation of planned features as epics and user stories.
  • Participate as active member of scrum team and in all agile ceremonies.
  • Support product rollout and go-to-market activities, including org readiness, sales enablement, client and market facing artifacts and activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent required

Work Experience

Typically < 2 years Experience as an intern in related field like Product Management or Business Analysis required.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies Bias towards execution and leading with the customer
  • Strong curiosity to continual learn and produce successfully
  • Engages in team interactions using clear communication, oral and written, and builds strong presentations with sharp execution.
  • Builds trust-based relationships with business partners.
  • Promotes strong teamwork and effectively engages and collaborates with cross-functional teams Basic Proficient in Microsoft Office.
