What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 to 3 years of extensive experience in writing research reports.
• Strong sector knowledge of technology, media and telecom. Especially the emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled research and writing tools, and the ability to use them effectively to support the research development.
• Adept at market sizing and forecasting, company data analysis, competitive research, go to market research, and value chain analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to fact-check and verify content, data and sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage time while working on multiple reports in parallel.
• Should adhere to the report deadlines and quality standards.
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, especially PPT, Word and Excel.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Write client ready reports on various emerging technology topics
• Develop expertise in identifying technology trends across segments. Track trends and build deep expertise into the enterprise trends and competitive landscape covering leading vendors.
• Identify and propose topics for reports, and define the scope and angle of each report, with direction from senior analysts in the team.
• Take help of AI tools to develop report drafts and edit them thoroughly so that they are client ready. Add value to reports through original insights, analysis and market sizing.
• Conduct rigorous quality control across all report content, verifying the accuracy of facts, numerical data, company names, and source citations.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned reports from initial scoping through to final publication.
• Collaborate across GlobalData business units to incorporate relevant cross-sector datasets and ensure alignment with published house viewpoints and methodologies.
