Experience Required: 2 to 4 years

Responsibilities And Duties

Should have experience in a production environment for managing applications/solutions
AWS technologies knowledge is required
Work on Monitoring the prod applications' KPI
Resolving & troubleshooting complex application issues
Work on Problem management
collaborate with cross teams and able to resolve the issue
Metrics reporting on resolution time and ticket inflow etc
Able to identify the ticket inflow trend
Able to come up with the proactive measure
Able to do operational efficiencies and innovations to enhance customer experience
Should have strong communication and written English
Able to identify the area of improvement & develop better relationships with customers

Qualification And Skills

Education qualification- Degree in computer science engineering

Prior experience as a software developer will be a plus point
Excellent coding and proofreading skills
Top-notch teamwork and communication skills
Ability to handle the workload
