Role Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Marketing Communications Specialist to serve as the bridge between technical innovation and strategic storytelling. This individual will be embedded within client systems to identify, digest, and promote new solutions developed within the Line of Business (LOB).

Key Responsibilities

Solution Discovery: Actively monitor and digest new technical solutions and project milestones directly from client environments.

Creative Campaign Development: Transform complex technical achievements into innovative internal marketing campaigns that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.

Content Creation: Design and produce high-impact marketing materials, including digital assets, case studies, and video/written testimonials.

Internal Brand Advocacy: Strategically promote successes across UHG’s internal platforms to increase visibility and showcase the account’s value proposition.

Candidate Profile

Technically Savvy: Able to understand complex IT solutions and translate them into natural, easy-to-consume narratives.

Highly Creative: Proven ability to create modern, visually engaging materials that stand out on corporate platforms.
