Responsible for Order Management for OES Customers.
Responsible for Transportation Management.
Responsible for MIS & KPI Monitoring.
Responsible for Material Planning based on the Customers Backorder.
Responsible for MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
Responsible for Kitting Operation Planning to Warehouse team.
Responsible for availability of Packaging material for Kitting operations.
Responsible for OES Customer Account Receivables , Supplementary Preparation , CN/DN Preparation
Knowledge of OEM’s Customer Portal , (ASN, EDI , GRN , PO Amendments)
Your Qualifications
Formal prerequisites for the position
Graduation/Diploma in Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Automotive Industry
Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills and SAP – SD & MM Module
Strong communication skills - Preferably multi-lingual (English, Hindi and regional language) Hindi Mandatory
