CRM Manager - Quality Assurance

Job Requirements

· Lead the Business Intelligence (BI) and MIS function for the Quality Assurance department and manage the MIS team.

· Ensure timely and accurate circulation of daily, weekly, monthly, and management reports across all Quality functions.

· Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and KPI monitoring systems for Central Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Hallmarking, Customer Assurance and Regional Quality teams.

· Analyze quality and operational data and provide key insights to support business and strategic decisions.

· Identify deviations, abnormal trends, and risks proactively and highlight them to leadership with recommended actions.

· Drive digital transformation, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives across the Quality function.

· Coordinate CAPEX and OPEX planning, tracking, and reporting for all Quality functions.

· Coordinate with IT teams for system enhancements, digital solutions and automation projects.

Coordinate with Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial and other support functions for Quality-related requirements.

· Monitor CAPA implementation, pending actions, and closure effectiveness across Quality functions.

· Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and governance across all Quality reports and dashboards.

Support leadership with business reviews, AOP tracking, presentations and strategic analytics.

Experience : 

·      5–8 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Manufacturing Analytics

·      Experience in leading MIS / Analytics team

·      Experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, and management reporting

·      Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, POSS, SAP, or similar manufacturing systems

Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and digital initiatives

·      Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, dashboard development and Business Intelligence tools

·      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (Tableau or similar tools will be an advantage)

·      Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, POSS, or SAP

·      Understanding of Quality Assurance processes and manufacturing operations

·      Knowledge of KPI tracking, CAPA monitoring, and performance management

·      Experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting automation

Basic understanding of CAPEX/OPEX management and audit coordination
