Quality Assurance Executive

Job Requirements

 

·      Ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct internal audits.

·      Lead and manage IT key projects within the Quality team.

·      Monitor the development and tracking of performance metrics for the Quality team to ensure goals and standards are met.

·      Apply data analytics to generate insights and manage MIS dashboards.

·      Communicate quality insights to Gold & Studded Jew (Mfg & Sourcing), Supply chain and other relevant stake holders

·      Facilitate APEX meetings and drive decision-making on quality initiatives.

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related IT projects and communication.

·      Facilitate asset co-ordination within different functions of QA and co-ordinate for asset verification audit.

·      B.E/B.Tech in IT / CS or bachelor’s degree in business administration

·      Age : 25–35 Years, Male Candidates

·      3 to 5 years of experience in Jewellery Industry & Hands-on working experience in MIS & Analytics tools

Knowledge Required

• Quality Management Systems: Understanding of quality standards, compliance, and audit processes.
• Data Analytics: Proficiency in digital tools for MIS, data visualization, and deriving actionable insights.
• Business Integration: Knowledge of supply chain operations and aligning quality insights with business goals.
• Meeting Facilitation: Expertise in conducting structured meetings like APEX, with a focus on driving quality initiatives.
• MIS Development: Skills in creating and analysing dashboards for reporting and performance tracking.
