About The Opportunity

OKX CEO Offices Data Product team is seeking a Senior Data Business Partner. As a Data Business Partner embedded within our business teams, you will be the vital link between business strategy and data execution. Your primary mission is to translate business objectives into a scalable and reliable data foundation. You will achieve this by building and governing data marts, defining core metrics, and managing frontend event trackers. Your work will ensure data integrity, empower data-driven decision-making, and directly fuel business growth and optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Data Foundation Construction and Governance
• Data Mart Management: As the owner of business domains data marts, you will strategically plan and develop data marts as the single source of truth, aligning data requests with business goals to reduce metric ambiguity, eliminate redundant development, and enhance data analysis efficiency.
• Data Visualization Tool Management: Take full ownership of datasets within the business domain, managing data field lifecycle, usability, and reliability. Build intuitive, exemplary dashboards, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure business stakeholders can access and analyze data effectively.
• Business Metrics Alignment & Standardization: Champion the definition, alignment, and centralization of core business metrics. You will maintain the metric dictionary to ensure consistent usage and traceable changes, and seamlessly integrate these definitions into the Data Visualization tool.
• User Behaviour Tracker Design, Management, and Analysis
• User Behaviour (Event Tracker) Planning: Partner closely with product and business teams to design and implement high-quality tracking plans prior to new feature launches. Maintain a comprehensive tracking dictionary to ensure complete and accurate capture of user behavior data.
• Quality Assurance and Analysis: Ensure the event trackers quality by end-to-end governance throughout its lifecycle. Enable the business to perform robust, real-time user behavior analysis by creating insightful demo dashboards.
  
  
  

What We Look For In You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data-related fields or relevant product design, including hands-on experience with data marts, BI tools, metric management, or frontend event-tracking management. Skilled at leveraging data tools/products to achieve concrete business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse, cross-functional teams. You naturally act as a bridge between technical and non-technical audiences to foster a data-driven culture.
• Deep business acumen and empathy that can quickly grasp business contexts, data users needs, and consistently approach data challenges from a business value perspective.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership. You excel at prioritizing complex demands, solving problems, and driving data asset projects from conception to completion
