Product Manager Growth - Hong Kong

The Right Profile

The ideal candidate will drive growth in our Hong Kong Business at Syfe. You will work with a global and diverse team of talented product managers, designers and engineers and support product and business teams to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities

• You will focus on investment products, user acquisition/growth, and conversion optimization in a customer-obsessed, data-driven way.
• Opportunities: Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across investment products, acquisition channels, and conversion funnels, collaborating with business, marketing, and compliance stakeholders.
• Execution: Build and execute data-driven product roadmaps based on user insights, analytics, and research. Manage and prioritise the backlog, balancing user value, growth metrics (e.g., AUM, sign-ups, activation), and technical constraints.
• Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, data) to ship high-impact features on time while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Synthesis: Analyse data, conduct user research, run experiments, and iterate to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent domain experience.
• 4+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing digital products (fintech preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Metabase/Mixpanel) and statistical decision-making.
• Experience as product owner in agile/scrum, including backlog management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese) with working proficiency.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or regulated financial products (Hong Kong/APAC markets ideal).
• Technical background (e.g., ML/AI concepts or frontend coding).
