Your Role
•    You lead and deliver strategic national and international IT projects in the area of SAP Sales & Customer Service, with focus on quality, timeline, budget and stakeholder alignment.
•    You act as senior contact partner for business departments and translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions.
•    You design, optimize and implement end-to-end sales processes in SAP, especially within SAP SD and related customer service processes.
•    You manage integration projects and system interfaces in the SAP sales environment, including topics such as EDI, external partner connectivity and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
•    You coordinate cross-functional project teams, internal experts, external service providers and global stakeholders.
•    You ensure professional project governance using modern delivery methods and tools such as Jira, status reporting, risk management and structured steering communication.
•    You analyze existing processes and define future-oriented best practice solutions and global templates.
•    You contribute to the continuous development of our global IT strategy and identify relevant technology trends and innovations.
•    You support and drive innovation initiatives in the field of Artificial Intelligence, evaluating and implementing use cases such as automation, machine learning, predictive analytics and agent-based solutions in the Sales environment.

Your Profile
•    Several years of professional experience in SAP consulting or IT project management, ideally in an international inhouse environment.
•    Deep expertise in SAP SD, especially sales processes, order-to-cash and pricing.
•    Strong experience in managing integration projects, interfaces and middleware environments (e.g. EDI, APIs, SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI).
•    Proven track record in leading complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
•    Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, governance, escalation management and communication.
•    Practical experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence or comparable platforms.
•    Experience or strong interest in AI-related technologies such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation or data-driven process optimization is considered a strong advantage.
•    Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with strong execution mindset.
•    Confident communication skills in English
•    University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable qualification.
