Job Purpose: The Site / Central Legal Executive role in coal mining is responsible to oversee legal document preparation and verification, resolving litigation matters, and managing insurance issues. This role ensures compliance with statutory regulations and handles legal aspects of applicable compliances. The primary purpose is to safeguard the companys legal interests, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to all legal requirements in coal mining operations.
