Job Description

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target companies • Utilize various tools and platforms to generate qualified leads for the sales team • Initiate outbound communication (calls, emails, social media) to prospective clients • Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them through initial stages • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales and business development • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • Demonstrated interest in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles • A proactive and resilient attitude towards challenges and targets • Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus, but not required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
