Key Responsabilities

• Serving food to tables from the kitchen - showing competent knowledge of what is being served.
• Displaying, opening and pouring beverage to the table - showing skill to present and open a bottle of wine.
• Clearing tables using philosophy of at least 5 plates.
• Taking up any other duties needed asked for by Duty Manager
