Early Learning and Family Practitioner : EYFS : Tottenham Primary School

An inclusive Primary School in **Tottenham with an attached Childrens Centre is looking to appoint an experienced Early Years Practitioner (Early Learning and Family Practitioner) to support early help and prevention services.

This Early Years Practitioner role focuses on working with young children and their families, supporting access to early education, and delivering targeted sessions that promote development, wellbeing, and school readiness.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be part of a multi:agency team, working collaboratively to ensure families receive the right level of support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering structured EYFS sessions as an Early Years Practitioner
• Supporting outreach work and family engagement as an Early Years Practitioner
• Promoting early learning and development as an Early Years Practitioner
• Identifying and supporting children with additional needs as an Early Years Practitioner
• Working with external professionals and services as an Early Years Practitioner
• Encouraging uptake of funded early years places as an Early Years Practitioner
  
  

This Early Years Practitioner position is ideal for someone with strong EYFS knowledge, a community:focused mindset, and experience supporting families.

Applicants must have relevant qualifications/experience and hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing through us.
