Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Commodity: Electrical & Mechanical 
1. Will be responsible for resolving field concerns related to 3 W product 
2. Will be responsible for resolving internal  design / handed over concerns related to 3W product
3. Field Data analysis & identfy action to close the concerns 
4. Customer  field complaints study  & deplyment of ICA / PCA by 2x2 matrix effectivity of actions
5. Ensureing  field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure in mfg / design to meet organisation targets
6. Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report,in XL/ PPT for function 
7. Conclusion of JI / dealer visit & ensure closure on time to delight customer 
8. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns 
9. Speedy & time bound closure of CC emerging concerns & immobilisation concerns
10. Dealer / supplier  or other plant location visit for benchmarking good thing & deployment   
11. Frequent connect with design team for handovering data / analysis & ensure action speed / CPN project 
12 Lesson learn sharing with objective justification for new product development 
13 Review & monitoring CAPEX / Revenue budget as per target 
14 Monitoring effectiveness of EN ( Change management ) / Connect with CC team 

15. Exposure of IMS and IATF

Experience

8-12 years of experience in Automobile (PVT)
