Job Description
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPH/DM or equivalent).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in pediatric care, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Strong clinical acumen with demonstrated expertise in pediatric diagnostics, treatment, and emergency management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with children and parents alike.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital health tools.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous quality improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail and time management.
