The Opportunity

This is a cluster role supporting two of our South Australian communities – Levande Hillsview Community (Happy Valley) and Levande The Grange Community (Grange).

While this role works across both locations, the majority of your time will be based at Levande Hillsview Community (Happy Valley).

Working closely with your Village Manager, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, resident experience, and ongoing improvement across both villages.

This is a hands-on, visible role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, build strong relationships, and step in when needed.

Your Impact

Operational Support

• Support the smooth running of two villages, including day-to-day operations, contractor coordination, and unit turnover.
  
  

• Support budget management, billing, and administration with accuracy and accountability.
  
  

• Build trusted relationships with residents and their families, ensuring a positive and engaging community environment.
  
  

• Work closely with your Village Manager and step in to support leadership when required.
  
  

• Support WHS, compliance, and risk management activities to ensure safe and well-run communities.
  
  

• Work across two communities – no two days the same
