Job Description

Location:

PVI Tower, Cau Giay, Hanoi
Mapletree Business Center, Dist. 7, HCMC

Working hours: Mon – Fri (9AM – 6PM)

About the Team:

This position is within the Business Planning Department, specifically responsible for the deployment of the Food Locker project across all markets in 2026.

About the Role:

Identify and evaluate potential locations for Food Locker deployment.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property managers.
Negotiate and execute lease agreements.
Manage the entire process from site identification to contract signing.
Advise clients on matters related to property leasing.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

Fluency in English (direct report to Regional Manager)
Proven sales skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

1+ year of sales experience in related industries
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to work

Salary and Benefits:

Total Salary: Basic salary: up to 27,000,000 VND gross/month + Incentives
Service voucher: 300,000 VND/month
100% salary during the two-month probation period and full social, health, and unemployment insurance (SHUI) coverage
