Qualification : ITI /Diploma

• Person is authorize to sign (as a doer) :
• Parenteral GMP documents
• Equipment and Area cleaning/sanitization logs
• Involved in the equipment Qualification / Re-Qualification activity.
• He is responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
• He is responsible for aseptic area and Freeze Drying area related qualification / requalification activities in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
• Any other job assigned by superior.
