Job Description
- Experience : 4 Years

Nature Of Work:
- Knowledge of Tool design for product manufacturing, preferably Welding and assembly jigs.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes which applies on Sheet metal.
- Knowledge of welding processes and applicable standards
- Knowledge of Mechanical Joining processes and applicable standards
- Knowledge of Surface Treatment processes and applicable standards
- Knowledge of Product packaging for various mode of transportation
- Knowledge of CAD software, preferable Solid Edge and AutoCAD
- Can lead customer communication effectively
- Responsible for status update to NPD in charge
- Responsible for timely delivery of Engineering Deliverables for Tooling development and validation
- Lead team of 5 to 6 members
- Responsible to implementation of tooling for new and existing products for process improvements
- Responsible for Skill enhancement of subordinates in NPD team
- Managing and Maintain Team discipline.
- Responsible for defining packaging and transportation solutions for new products.
- Responsible for defining internal and external movement equipment for new products.
- Responsible for technical communication with CFT and Customer related to tooling.
