Key responsibilities:

• Proven experience in driving enterprise in reliability strategy and governance

• Strong expertise in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and risk-based maintenance frameworks
• Ability to standardize reliability practices and engineering guidelines across plants
• Deep experience in RCA, FMEA/FMECA, and failure elimination programs
• Demonstrated impact on improving MTBF, reducing MTTR, and enhancing asset availability
• Strong capability in predictive and condition-based maintenance (vibration, monitoring tools)
• Expertise in reliability analytics and data-driven decision-making using SAP PM / ERP
• Experience in utilities and critical pharma systems (HVAC, water, boilers, compressors)
• Ability to integrate reliability KPIs into plant and leadership governance
• Proven track record in asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategy optimization
• Strong understanding of pharma compliance (USFDA, MHRA, GMP requirements)
• Experience in spares optimization aligned with equipment criticality and risk
• Exposure to automation, Industry 4.0, and reliability-focused technology upgrades
• Ability to build and upskill teams, driving a reliability-focused culture
• ·  Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes (uptime, cost, reliability)

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation

MBA or certification in Digital/Industry 4.0 preferred

Experience

Tenure:  15 years of experience with 5–7 years in pharma/regulated manufacturing environments.
