Job Description
- Experience : 2-5 Years
- Job Location : Halol
- Department : Design Department (NPD)
- Qualification : BE/DE (Mech)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes which apply to sheet metal
- Basic knowledge of tool design and development
- Knowledge of Manufacturing and Engineering BOM
- Knowledge of drawing reading and understanding
- Basic knowledge of welding processes and applicable standards
- Basic knowledge of mechanical joining processes and applicable standards
- Basic knowledge of surface preparation processes and applicable standards
- Knowledge of 3D modelling software, preferably Solid Edge
- Knowledge of 2D drafting software, preferably AutoCAD
- Able to manage customer and internal communication
- Responsible for status update to Tool Designer and NPD Head
- Responsible for feasibility study of new products as per capacity
- Responsible for 3D modelling of jigs, fixtures, equipment and products
- Responsible for 2D drafting of jigs, fixtures, equipment and products
- Responsible for DXF generation of jigs, fixtures, equipment and products
- Responsible for data management for products and tooling
- Responsible for PDF editing work related to product development
- Responsible for management of ECR/ECN internally and externally
