Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Responsible for Plant and Utility maintenance items like compressor, transformers, pumps, cooling towers, DG sets, etc.
• To solve the daily running production problems- breakdowns in machines and to improve and reduce the breakdown rate.
• To make summary of daily utility consumptions, down time report, spares consumption pattern, replacement schedules, Preventive maintenance schedules.
• To ensure sufficient spares- consumables & critical with lead time, consumption rate, min max level.
• Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure.
• To execute the Preventive/predictive Maintenance Plan
• Maintenance Budget preparation
• Drive and other electronic cards repairing knowledge.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Vision System, Loadcell and LVTD troubleshooting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience on repair and maintenance of electronic equipments.
• Monitor and control the consumption of spares and tools.
• Handle the Team of 5-6 employees in the function.
• Prepare and maintain the documentation and maintenance reports.
• Knowledge of repair of servo motors and drives.
• Continual improvement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001 documentation.
• Internal Auditor for EnMS ISO 50001 and Its Documentation.
• Awareness of Energy Performance Indicator (ENPI) & energy baselines (EnBs)
• To be familiar with Energy Saving projects.
• To Adhere EnMS system & fulfillment of Requirements.
• Make Understanding of Legal Register - EnMS & EHS requirements and relevant legal/regulatory obligations.
• Understanding of energy-efficient maintenance practices & give awareness to employees.
  
  

Experience At least 10-13 years of experience in Electrical maintenance.

Qualification BE (Electrical/ Electronics)

Knowledge

• Knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics.
• Good knowledge of Siemens PLC and touch screen
• SAP systems.

• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in teams.
